Seal Plate gaskets
This specific seal design allows separating static sealing and tightening functions. It makes it easy for assembling, more robust, and increases its life duration. The choice of compounds and substrates enables it to operate in extreme conditions without compromising on weight. Our plate seal is qualified for industrial, aerospace and military applications.

o-ring seals
Our O-Rings ensure perfect static and dynamic seals between two parts assembled radially (shafts) or axially (covers). They can withstand the most extreme temperatures and fit in the smallest spaces.

BONDED SEALS
The bonded seal consists of a metallic insert with a vulcanized rubber compound profile which is bonded to the internal diameter. Bonded seals can be used in a wide range of applications in the fluid transfer area: fuel systems, HVAC systems, hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems

SOLID RIVETS
Aerosuppy USA works with the following raw materials for its rivets production:
- Aluminium Alloys: 2017, 2117, 2024, 7050
- Nickel Alloys : Monel, Inconel, Nimonic
- Titanium Alloys : T40, TiCb – Steel Alloys
- Stainless Steel Alloys : A286
All plating and surface coatings for these materials are available and most of Them are performed in house, giving us even greater control over the quality And lead time of our products.
Use and materials: Coating can be applied on all rivets styles in 7050 alloy, monel and titanium alloys.
Installation: No sealant is required. Fastener can be installed dry. Cleaning solvents are not required.
Assembly: Excellent paint adhesion. Eliminates corrosion. Superior fatigue life.
Close tolerance head diameter: 35 thousandth. Close tolerance protrusion: 20 thousandth.

Stability is the quality to resist permanent change, and must be designed into the parts from the start. It is very difficult to stabilize or condition a general-purpose resistor and be confident that it will meet a critical application. All stability specs at PRC are designed for precise requirements even if you specify ±1% resistance tolerances.
TVS DIODE ARRAYS
We offer three types of TVS Diode Arrays: Standard Capacitance(less than 100pF), Low Capacitance(5-100pF) and Ultra Low Capacitance(less than 5pF). In addition, ProTek’s TVS Arrays product line provides protection from transients caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT), Tertiary Lightning and other induced voltages.
